About The CEO

Being active has always been a big part of me- from playing with friends at the park to indulging in sports. Though I enjoyed these activities I constantly felt challenged by the autoimmune disorder I was diagnosed with at age 2, Myasthenia Gravis. It would affect me by weakening the muscles in my eye. Soon after, the muscle weakness would spread throughout my body. I felt like my body was against me because I lost control of all my involuntary muscles. This was mentally draining as it felt difficult to complete my daily routines. However, I refused on settling that this state was going to be permanent. With treatment, I felt stronger. And with exercise, I became even more stronger. This experience helped me to realize the importance of valuing your physical health. I sought out to start ProLiftic because I seek to encourage others to place emphasis on their physical health as well. As I made exercising a part of my daily lifestyle, I strengthened my mental health and saw improvements in other areas of my life in return. Many benefits come from working on your physical. So I encourage you to begin your fitness journey- whatever that may be- and tap into your era of greatness.
